Why Did I Started This Hackintosh Blog?

Cuz Tonymac is a god and i just wanna be like him..... ya right. JK

I started this blog to help new hackintoshers who are hacking 7 Series Gigabyte motherboards. Specifically the  GA- Z77X-UP4 TH  and  the GA- Z77X-up5 TH. These board by Gigabyte the 2 of my abosolute favorite. No crazy Gaming configurations, fully able to customize and offering hackintoshers hardware compatibility like nothing that has ever been seen before.

So if these boards offer better hackintosh compatibility why is hardly anyone buying them. For Hackintoshers even a slight increase in a new piece of hardwares compatability with the OSx system will be anough to get ever hacintosher who had the npow out dated model to get the "Last Compatabilty"!!!
 Real life example of this happened when TP-link came out with the first ever internal WIFI Card that offered Native recognition in Osx.Now over 50% (Safe estimate) of hackintosh systems use this wifi devince. Why not a Motherboard with greater compatabiltiy?

Anyways the "why" doesn't really matter; the reality is not tht many people have used the UP4 or UP5 motherboard for their hackintosh build, and there no indication that this lack of popularity is going to change any time soon.

This is why I am building this UP4 / UP5 hacking knowledge base. Lets take the UP4 for example so i can save me some typing. There weren't that many sold so its unlike that a random hackintosh website user would have this board. Even more unlikely that this same person properly solved the 2 or 3 standard new-build bugs. But it is the most unlikely that this person would be brousing through repair guides/requests for a problem that he fixed long ago.

So the prupose of this blog is just to fill the void that is answers about UP4 and UP5 fixes, plugins, important kexts, etc you get the point.
